Roundtrip Bristol to Portland Bill
A lovely route from Bristol, through Wiltshire and Dorset and back in a large loop, the route passes many a historic location of which a few have been tagged, before venturing to the coast and then the isle of Portland. Great scenery on some great roads. While this route is mostly on the main “A” roads, there are a few “B” roads brought into the mix for added enjoyment. A lovely ride with the changing scenery as you progress, manageable roads for any level of rider and sights you may have missed on other rides. (the ride is “L” Plate friendly, but it will be a long day for you).
